We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics tools.
Who receives your data?
Only the ClicSite Lab team and our technical processors, as far as necessary:
- Netlify, Inc.: website hosting;
- Supabase, Inc.: database and file storage;
- Stripe: card payments for Europe and international clients. Stripe processes your card details; we never have access to them;
- FormSubmit: sending email notifications, where applicable.
Some of these providers are located outside the United Kingdom and the European Union. These transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
How long?
- Orders, contracts and proofs of payment: 6 years after the end of the contract (accounting obligations and evidence).
- Mock-up requests and messages: 3 years after the last contact.
- Preferences saved on your device: until you delete them.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@clicsitelab.com. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country: ICO (United Kingdom), CNIL (France), AEPD (Spain), APD (Belgium) or ANPDP (Algeria).
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Orders and files are stored in a protected database, accessible only to the ClicSite Lab team.
Minors
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page.
